1. An award document for an Infantry Assault Badge, constructed of off-whit paper stock with multi-coloured ink, named to Schütz as a Gefreiter of 1 Kompanie, Infanterie-Regiment 481, issued at St-Malo (France) on 1 September 1940, featuring the handwritten signature of then-Oberstleutnant Friedrich Weber (later-Generalleutnant and recipient of the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross, 8 June 1940), measuring 208 mm (w) x 295 mm (h), with folding creases visible, in near extremely fine condition.

2. An award document for a 1939 Iron Cross II Class, constructed of off-white paper with black ink, named to Schütz as an Obergefreiter of 1.
