International. An Order of Malta, Commander Cross, c. 1930

(Souveräner Ritter und Hospitalorden vom heiligen Johannes von Jerusalem von Rhodos und von Malta). In silver gilt, a white enamel Maltese cross with a Fleur-de-lis in each quadrant, the reverse mirrors the obverse, surmounted by a large hollow crown, measures 48.3 mm (w) x 85.2 mm (h), miss the trophy of arms or civil bow suspension, worn on a small pieces of black ribbon, enamel cracks and chips in the tips of the rays, also exhibiting discolouration of the enamels, scattered gilt wear, in fine condition.
