1. A War Medal. Instituted July 26th, 1919. A circular silver medal, suspended from a single-toe claw attached to the center of the award with a slotted bar, suspended from its period-original ribbon (with evidence of previous collector’s mounting), the obverse depicting a leftward facing effigy of King George V circumscribed by his name and title in Latin, the reverse depicting St. George mounted on a horse armed with a short sword trampling on the Prussian eagle, and with skull and crossbones, with a sun in the background, and dated “1914” and “1918”, inscribed “1919 Pte. P. McInroy R. Highrs” along the rim, measuring 36.2 mm in diameter, weighing 33.30 grams.
2. An India Service Medal. Instituted June 6th, 1946. A circular cupro-nickel medal, suspended from a single-toe claw attached to the center of the award with a slotted bar, suspended from its period-original ribbon (with evidence of previous collector’s mounting), the obverse depicting a leftward facing crowned effigy of King George VI, circumscribed “Georgius VI D:G:BR:OMN:REX ET INDIAE IMP:”, the reverse shows a relief map of India and is marked “India 1939-1945”, unmarked, measuring 36.1 mm in diameter, weighing 31.66 grams.
3. An Australia Service Medal. Instituted November 1949. A circular cupro-nickel medal, suspended from a single-toe claw attached to the center of the award with a slotted bar, missing its ribbon, the obverse bears the crowned effigy of King George VI, surrounded by his name and title in Latin short form in capital letters, the reverse depicts the coat of arms of the Commonwealth of Australia, surrounded by the inscription “The Australia Service Medal 1939-1945” in capital letters, marked “WX20219 J. Semler” along the edge, measuring 36.1 mm in diameter, weighing 31.38 grams.
4. A Special Constabulary Long Service Medal. Instituted August 30th, 1919. A circular bronze medal, suspended from a single-toe claw attached to the center of the award with a slotted bar, suspended from its period-original ribbon (with evidence of previous collector’s mounting), the obverse bears the crowned leftward facing effigy of King George V, circumscribed by his name and title in Latin short form, the reverse bears the inscription “For Faithful Service in the Special Constabulary” in capital letters with a wreath below and to the right of the inscription, inscribed “James R. Forrest” along the rim, measuring 36.3 mm in diameter, weighing 30.97 grams.
5. A United Nations Service Medal with Korea Claps. Instituted December 12th, 1950. A Circular bronze alloy medal, suspended from a single-toe claw attached to the center of the award with a slotted bar with the “Korea” bar, suspended from its period-original ribbon (with evidence of previous collector’s mounting), the obverse depicts the “World in a Wreath” emblem of the United Nations, the reverse has the inscription “For Service in Defence of the Principles of the Charter of the United Nations” in capital letters, unmarked, measuring 35.2 mm in diameter, weighing 30.67 grams.
6. An American World War I Victory Medal. Instituted 1919. A circular bronze medal, suspended from a fixed pierced ball and swivel ring suspension from its period original ribbon (with evidence of previous collector’s mounting), the obverse depicting a winged lady Victory holding a shield and sword towards the front, the reverse is inscribed “The Great War for Civilization” in capital letters, curved along the bottom of the reverse are six stars, three on either side of the center column of seven staffs wrapped in a cord. The top of the staff has a round ball on-top and is winged on the side, the staff is on-top of a shield is inscribed “US” as well as “France, Italy, Serbia, Japan, Montenegro, Russia, Greece, Great Britain, Belgium, Brazil, Portugal, Rumania, and China” in capital letters, unmarked, measuring 36.1 mm in diameter, weighing 25.08 grams.
7. A 1914 Star. Instituted April 1917. Consisting of a six-pointed star constructed of a copper-zinc alloy, with a fixed horizontally-pierced loop and swivel ring for suspension from its period original ribbon (with evidence of previous collector’s mounting), the obverse depicting two crossed swords with their blades upwards, overlaid by a wreath of oak leaves and with the royal cypher of George V at the base of the wreath with a scroll inscribed “August 1914 Nov” in capital letters, the reverse inscribed “TS-3246 SDLR. A. Anderson A.S.C” in capital letters, measuring 44 mm (w) x 61.6 mm (l), weighing 24.51 grams.
