Finland. Mixed Lot Of Medals, Insignia And Identification Tag

1. Finish Continuation War Commemorative Medal 1941-1945, in bronze, bearing the Finish coat of arms on the reverse, measuring at 30mm in diameter, on period ribbon.

2. Finish Home Front Medal, 1939-1940, in bronze, reverse blank, with pin affixed to period ribbon bearing “1939-1940”, measuring at 30mm in diameter. 

3. A Finnish Blue Cross for the Civil Guard Veterans of the War of Independence,  on period ribbon, measuring at 41mm (w) x 44mm (h). 

4. A Finnish Winter War 1939-1940 Medal for Finnish Soldiers; in blackened iron (magnetic); inscribed “Kunnia Isänmaa” on reverse; 31 mm x 39 mm, on period ribbon. 

5. Two Army Cap Badges, c.1940, bronze gilt Finnish lion insignia, affixed to a bronze and red enameled domed base, unmarked, each measuring approximately 20.5 mm in diameter,  both prongs and enamels intact, extremely fine.

6. One Identification Tag, in zinc, inscribed “ 792493” on obverse, with a piece of robe woven through the four wholes in each corner, tag measuring at 58mm (w) x 28mm (h); and one small Finnish insignia measuring at 24mm (w) x 36mm (h).
