Germany, Imperial. A Mixed Lot of Heer Enlisted Ranks Belt Buckles

(Heer Gürtelschnallen für Mannschaften). A mixed lot of Heer (Army) Enlisted ranks belt buckles, including:

1. A group of five Prussian M1895 buckles, all constructed of brass and nickel silver, the obverse of each bearing a central raised crown, situated within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of “GOTT MIT UNS” (“GOD WITH US”) and laurel branches, the reverse of four with loops and attachment claws emanating from functional rollers, with one featuring a slot in lieu of a loop, all unmarked and measuring approximately 62 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), some demonstrating minor to moderate denting, in overall very fine condition.

2. A pair of Prussian M1915 buckles, each constructed of magnetic steel, the obverse of each bearing a central raised crown, situated within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of “GOTT MIT UNS” (“GOD WITH US”) and laurel branches, the reverse of both with loops and attachment claws emanating from functional rollers, both unmarked and measuring approximately 60 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), demonstrating minor surface oxidation, in near extremely fine condition.

3. One Saxon M1895 buckle, constructed of brass and nickel silver, the obverse bearing a central raised crown, situated within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of “PROVIDENTIAE MEMOR” (“REMEMBER PROVIDENCE”) and laurel branches, the reverse with a slot and attachment claws emanating from a functional roller, unmarked, measuring 61 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), demonstrating minor denting, in better than very fine condition.
