(Heer Gürtelschnallen für Mannschaften). A pair of Heer Enlisted ranks belt buckles, including:

1. A transitionary belt buckle, constructed of nickel-silver, the obverse bearing a central raised Reichswehr-style German national eagle, situated within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of “GOTT MIT UNS” (“GOD WITH US”) with laurel branches, the reverse with attachment claws emanating from a functional roller, unmarked, measuring 62 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), a superb example of a buckle bridging the transition from the Reichswehr to Wehrmacht in extremely fine condition.

2. A Wehrmacht-era buckle, constructed of magnetic steel, the obverse bearing a central raised Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, situated within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of “GOTT MIT UNS” (“GOD WITH US”) with laurel branches, the reverse with a loop and attachment claws emanating from a functional roller, unmarked, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), demonstrating loss of finish throughout, in very fine condition.
