Kompanie, Grenadier-Regiment 270, issued in the field on 7 March 19423, certified by the handwritten signature of Generalleutnant Kurt-Jürgen Freiherr von Lützow (Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross, 15 August 1940; with Oak Leaves, 21 October 1941), measuring 14 cm (w) x 20 cm (h), demonstrating a large patch of soiling, in very fine condition.
2. An award document for the Infantry Assault Badge, constructed of off-white paper stock with black ink, named to Arnold as a Sanitäts-Unteroffizier of the Staff of 1. Kompanie, Grenadier-Regiment 270, issued in the field on 22 June 1943, certified by the handwritten signature of an unidentified Oberst and regimental commander, measuring 14.5 cm (w) x 21 cm (h), demonstrating a central folding crease, in better than very fine condition.
3. An award document for the 1939 Iron Cross I Class, constructed of off-white paper stock with black ink, named to Arnold as a Sanitäts-Feldwebel of the Staff of 1. Kompanie, Grenadier-Regiment 273, issued at headquarters on 19 January 1944, certified by the handwritten signature of an unidentified Oberst and divisional leader, measuring 14 cm (w) x 20 cm (h), demonstrating a central folding crease, in near extremely fine condition.
4. An award document for the Silver Grade Wound Badge, constructed of off-white paper stock with black ink, named Arnold as a Sanitäts-Feldwebel of 1. Kompanie, Grenadier-Regiment 273, issued in Insterburg on 10 February 1944 for a single wound suffered on 19 January of the same year, certified by the handwritten signature of an unidentified Oberfeldarzt and Chief Doctor of Reserve-Lazarett Insterburg, measuring 14 cm (w) x 20 cm (h), demonstrating a central folding crease, in near extremely fine condition.
5. An award document for the Gold Grade Wound Badge, constructed of off-white paper stock with black ink, named to Arnold as a Sanitäts-Feldweble of the Staff of 1. Kompanie, Grenadier-Regiment 273, issued in Insterburg on 29 March 1944 for three wounds suffered on 16, 17, and 19 of January of the same year, certified by the handwritten signature of an unidentified Oberfeldarzt and Chief Doctor of Reserve-Lazarett Insterburg, measuring 14 cm (w) x 20 cm (h), demonstrating a central folding crease, in nea extremely fine condition.

A Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (German Red Cross/DRK) identity card, constructed of off-white composite paper, the interior featuring handwritten entries to Arnold, indicating that he was born on 24 June 1912 in Döbritz, Dresden region, retaining a certified black-and-white studio portrait of Arnold with a membership stamp valid for the period between April 1939 and March 1940, measuring 8.5 cm (w) x 12 cm (h) when folded, in extremely fine condition.
