Constructed of off-white card stock with gilt and black ink, promoting Forstassessor Herbert Eberbach to Forstrat (Forest Councillor) citing his status as a lifelong civil servant, issued in Berlin on 22 May 1939, certified by a facsimile signature of AH and handwritten signature of Hermann Göring in his capacity as Reichsminister of Forestry, measuring 25.5 cm (w) x 35.5 cm (h) and concealed within its original card stock folio, in near extremely fine condition.
