(Zivil-Flugzeugführerabzeichen mit Etui). Constructed of gilded tombak with enamels, the obverse consisting of a central mobile swastika flanked by a pair of blue enameled wings with feathering and details highlighted in gilt, the reverse with a barrel hinge and tapering horizontal pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked “C.E. JUNCKER, BERLIN SW”, measuring 80.35 mm (w) x 14.75 mm (h), weighing 17.2 grams, accompanied by its original presentation case, constructed of a pressed card stock frame with a faux dark blue leather exterior liner, the lid bearing a gilt inscription of “ZIVIL-FLUGZEUGFÜHRER”, the interior with a blue rayon lid liner and intact hinge cover, with a slotted dark blue velvet medal bed, closing with a functional metal spring catch with exterior stud release, unmarked, measuring 115 mm (w) x 50 mm (l) x 25 mm (h), demonstrating minor flecking and surface scratching to the enamels, a rare and complete set in extremely fine condition.
