Germany, Wehrmacht. A Mixed Lot of Belts and Sword Hangers

(Wehrmacht Gürtel und Gehänge). A mixed lot of items, including:

1. A Waffen-SS EM/NCO’s belt, constructed of pressed and blackened leather, one end stitched into a loop to accommodate an aluminum buckle, the opposite end retaining a hidden tongue perforated with seven sets of dual eyelets for an adjustable fit, stamped with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo, SS logo, and illegible maker code, measuring 4.5 cm (w) x 88 cm (l), demonstrating minor material fatigue throughout, in near extremely fine condition.

2. A Heer EM/NCO’s belt, constructed of dark brown leather, one end riveted with a magnetic metal clip, the opposite end retaining a hidden tongue perforated with eleven sets of dual eyelets for an adjustable fit, unmarked, measuring 4 cm (w) x 86 cm (l), demonstrating extensive material fatigue, in fair condition.

3. A dagger strap, constructed of blackened leather, one end stitched into a loop to accommodate a magnetic metal buckle, the opposite end perforated with eight eyelets for an adjustable fit, unmarked, measuring 2 cm (w) x 56 cm (l), demonstrating material fatigue throughout, in very fine condition.

4. A sword hanger, constructed of blackened leather, culminating at each end in a functional magnetic metal spring clip, adjusted at one end with a functional magnetic metal buckle, unmarked, measuring 1.5 cm (w) x 75 cm (l) as presented, demonstrating minor material fatigue and surface oxidation to the leather and metal fixtures, respectively, in better than very fine condition.

5. A Wehrmacht cross-strap sword hanger, constructed of a brown leather panel with a functional magnetic metal spring clip affixed to the front, in turn descending from a beige cotton/rayon blended strap adjusted with dual buckles, unmarked, in near extremely fine condition.
