(Luftwaffe Artillerie “Flak” Offiziershose). A pair of fine quality manufacture dress pants belonging to a Luftwaffe “Flak” anti-aircraft Officer, constructed of grey-coloured garbarine tricot, the front with one diagonal-slit pocket per side, that is secured shut via a beige-coloured bakelite button marked “Massarbeit” (“custom made”), with an additional horizontal slit pocket on the right-hand side of the reverse that is equally secured shut by a single bakelite button, and a small horizontal slit pocket beside the right-hand pocket. These trousers are secured shut in the front via a vertical slit and a total of four matching beige bakelite buttons that are met by reinforced button-holes on the opposing side. There is a 94 cm long strip of red Waffenfarbe coloured piping along each of the pant legs, denoting that this pair was worn by an officer of Luftwaffe Anti-Aircraft personnel. The waist is ordained on the exterior with four, and on the interior with two matching beige bakelite buttons. Along the sides of the waist is an integrated belt with a blued magnetic metal buckle for size adjustment. These trousers are unlined with the exception of the waist and interior pockets, soiled on the inside along the opening. Along the pant legs is a black leather bootstrap, the left bootstrap not being affixed to the trousers and showing field repair. The pair measures approximately 46 cm across the waist (seam to seam), with an inseam of 80 cm, and an overall length of 108 cm. This pair of Officer’s trousers is in worn condition, with light soiling on the interior along the liner, along the bottom of the pant legs, with minor mothing, in overall very fine condition.
