1. King George V Silver Jubilee Medal. Instituted May 6th, 1935. A circular silver medal, on a single-toe and horizontally pierced ball and swivel ring for suspension from its period original ribbon (with evidence of previous collector’s mounting), the obverse features the conjoined crowned and robed leftward facing effigies of King George V and Queen Mary, inscribed “George V and Queen Mary May VI MCMXXXV” in capital letters, the reverse depicting the royal cypher “GRI” surmounted by an Imperial crown and dated May 6, 1910 and May 6, 1935, unmarked, measuring 31.8 mm in diameter, weighing 29.34 grams.
2. A King George VI Coronation Medal. Instituted May 12th, 1937. A circular silver medal, on a single-toe and horizontally pierced ball and swivel ring for suspension from its period original ribbon (with evidence of previous collector’s mounting), the obverse features the conjoined crowned and robed leftward facing effigies of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth, the reverse bears the royal cypher “GRI” surmounted by a large crown, inscribed “Crowned 12 May 1937” in capital letters, and inscribed “George VI Queen Elizabeth”, unmarked, measuring 31.9 mm in diameter, weighing 26.45 grams.
3. An Imperial Service Medal. Instituted August 8th, 1902. A circular silver medal, on a single-toe and horizontally pierced ball and swivel ring for suspension from its period original ribbon (with evidence of previous collector’s mounting), the obverse features the crowned leftward facing effigy of George VI (1937-1948 variant) and circumscribed “GEORGIUS VI D: G: BR: OMN: REX ET INDIAE IMP”, the reverse bears the image of a nude man resting from his labours with the inscription “For Faithful Service” in capital letters, inscribed “George Edward Williams Gove” along the rim, measuring 32.9 mm in diameter, weighing 28.42 grams.
4. A Cased Imperial Service Medal. Instituted August 8th, 1902. A circular silver medal, on a single-toe and horizontally pierced ball and swivel ring for suspension from its period original ribbon (with evidence of previous collector’s mounting), the obverse features the crowned leftward facing effigy of George VI (1937-1948 variant) and circumscribed “GEORGIUS VI D: G: BR: OMN: REX ET INDIAE IMP”, the reverse bears the image of a nude man resting from his labours with the inscription “For Faithful Service” in capital letters, inscribed “George Jack” along the rim, measuring 32.9 mm in diameter, weighing 28.42 grams. Accompanied by its presentation case, constructed of a lightweight wooden frame with a textured black faux leather exterior, with a burgundy silk-blended fabric lining the interior of the lid and with a recessed burgundy medal bed for placement of the award, with functional dual metal hinges and and intact fabric hinge cover and functional push-button closure, measuring 65 mm (w) x 118 mm (l).
