A pair of badges, including:
1. A Second World War-period Gendarmerie Senior NCO’s badge, constructed of gilded magnetic metal with insignia, the obverse consisting of a ribbed cockade-style disc, overlaid by a central red enameled medallion, in turn bearing a raised and gilded Crown of St. Stephen, the reverse with two visible prongs securing the obverse applique in position, soldered with an attachment clip, unmarked, measuring 45 mm in diameter, demonstrating minor loss of gilt finish to the base metal with some flecking to the enamel, in extremely fine condition.
2. A First World War-period Austro-Hungarian artillery badge, constructed of silvered bronze, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 34 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
