It discusses royal decrees regarding pensions of staff of the General Procedure after serving for 65 years, it is signed by a representative of the King below, as well as Minister of Justice Luigi Fera, measuring 38 cm (w) x 248 mm (h), with a notable crease in the bottom right corner, with four perpendicular creases in the paper with small tears along the folds, in overall fine condition.
