Description

Instituted May 15, 1912. In bronze and white metal, a cross featuring Royal Russian monograms on the 12 and 6 o’clock arm, with the dates 1769 and 1869 on the 9 and 3 o’clock arms respectively, the center medallion features the coat of arms of Tula with the inscription of Emperor Nicholas under the crown, the reverse presents a single screwpost with a screw plate marked Eduard, measures 44.48 mm (w) x 45.37 mm (h), light wear, a rare badge in very fine condition.
