A pair of awards for distinction, including:

1 A Medal for Battle Merit, constructed of silver with enamels, on loop for suspension with its period original ribbon affixed to a pentagonal aluminum backplate with a horizontal pinback, the obverse bearing a central raised inscription of “ЗА БОЕВЫЕ ЗАСЛУГА” (“FOR BATTLE MERIT”), topped by a red enameled inscription of “СССР” (“USSR”) and situated above crossed rifles, the reverse stamped with an award number of “2471877”, measuring 32.05 mm in diameter, weighing 31.2 grams (inclusive of ribbon and mount), demonstrating some chipping to the enamels and scratching to the base metal, in better than very fine condition.

2. An Order of Maternal Glory, I Class, constructed of gilded silver with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a red enameled flag bearing a gilt inscription of “МАТЕРИНСКАЯ СЛАВА І” (“MATERNAL GLORY I CLASS”), above a white enameled shield bearing initials “СССР” (“USSR”) and a sickle and hammer, situated within a wreathed and flanked by a mother and child, the reverse maker marked ““МОНЕТНЫЙ ДВОР” for the Soviet Mint, bearing an engraved award number of “558211”, topped by a gilded brass and enameled suspension presenting as a stylized ribbon and featuring a reverse pinback, the award measuring 30.20 mm (w) x 41.11 mm (h), weighing 28.1 grams (inclusive of ribbon), demonstrating some flecking to the enamels, in extremely fine condition.
