In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
Description
The certificate is inscribed in Latin, issued by the Slovak University at Bratislava, a cluster of leafing at the far left bearing four icons (the Slovakian coat-of-arms, the City of Bratislava coat-of-arms, the brothers St. Cyril and St. Methodius (Byzantine Christian theologians and missionaries), and the Slovak University coat-of-arms), with "Q.B.F.F.F.Q.S" (Quod bonum, faustum, felix fortunatumque sit = That is good, happiness is the issue) along the top. It is named to Rudolph Arthur Fuchsberger (Rudolphum Arthurium Fuchsberger) of Košice, for a Doctorate in Medicine (Doctorem Medicinae Universae), dated January 25, 1941, with the signatures in faded black ink of both the Instructor and the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the bottom, a Slovak State 8 Kopok stamp affixed at the lower left, the bottom portion folded up and creating a panel, thus forming a lip, and when lifted up, exposes an additional inscription visible at the lower right. The centre portion of the lip has two holes which has a red, white and blue cord fed through them and is attached to the wooden base that houses a large red wax university seal featuring Saints Cyril and Methodius in the centre, flanked by the Slovakian coat-of-arms above and the Slovak University coat-of-arms below, the seal measuring 62 mm in diameter, the wooden base measuring 75.5 mm in diameter x 22 mm in height, the base exhibiting chipping along the edge but does not affect the wax seal. The certificate is printed in black and olive green inks, on a cream-coloured paper stock, measuring 518 mm (w) x 395 mm (h), exhibiting a highlight along all four edges, along with sunning and light soiling from previous framing. Very fine.
