A pair of awards, including:
1. An Order of Naval Merit, II Class Breast Star with White Distinction, constructed of silvered bronze with gilt and multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an eight-pointed pebbled starburst, bearing a central white enameled Latin Cross, overlaid by a blue enameled anchor and topped by a crown, with its quadrants inset by the coat of arms of Castile and León, with four visible rivets securing the obverse fixtures in position, the reverse with a clip hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, flanked on each side by a stabilizer, unmarked, measuring 62.66 mm (w) x 61.96 mm (h), weighing 38.7 grams, in extremely fine condition.
2. A Spanish Volunteer Medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, the obverse bearing a central raised sword overlaid by shields bearing raised Heer and Falange insignia, topped by a Stahlhelm, and situated above a swastika flanked by clutches of laurel leaves, the reverse bearing an inscription of “DIVISIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE VOLUNTARIOS EN RUSIA” (“DIVISION OF SPANISH VOLUNTEERS IN RUSSIA”), above an Iron Cross topped by laurel branches, unmarked, measuring 32.54 mm in diameter, weighing 18.6 grams (inclusive of ribbon), a Spanish-made veteran’s replacement piece manufacturer c. 1965 in extremely fine condition.
