Description

Constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse in the shape of an oval train wheel, depicting a steam locomotive during travel superimposed on white enamels, with a banner above and below describing the badge, the reverse is plain, with a screw post, missing its threaded backing plate, unmarked but likely manufactured by the Moscow Mint, measuring 26.5 mm (w) x 38.4 mm (l), weighing 11.16 grams, in better than fine condition.
