A circular gilded brass medal, the obverse depicting the petrochemical complex of western Siberia with a Hammer and Sickle superimposed on the award, inscribed on the edge of the medal with its name in Russian script, the reverse depicting a five pointed star emitting rays from between its arms with the letters “CCCP” superimposed on the medal, on a pentagonal ribbon for suspension, with an aluminum disc core, measuring 32.1 mm in diameter,

Accompanied by its award certificate booklet, with a textured red exterior cover and space on the inside for the recipient name and award bestowal date (both blank), measuring 70 mm (w) x 103 mm (l), in near mint condition.
