A certificate carefully clipped from a larger award document, constructed of off-white paper stock with multi-coloured ink, featuring the handwritten signature of Soviet Minister of Foreign Affairs Vyacheslav Molotov, flanked by a gilt typewritten name and title in Russian Cyrillic, situated above the handwritten signature of Yakov Chadaev (Minister of Affairs of the Council of Peoples’ Commissars), decorated at the bottom with gilt laurel and oak leaf branches, issued from the Kremlin, measuring 25 cm (w) x 15 cm (h), demonstrating some tearing to the left edge, a scarce signature from a key figure in Soviet history in extremely fine condition.
