Description

(Orden Jugoslavenske krune). Instituted in 1930. In silver gilt with red, white, green, light blue and dark blue enamels, measuring 55.2 mm (w) x 76.5 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath and laterally-pierced ball suspension, the reverse with chipping and repair evident in the white enamels on the arm at 3 o'clock and chipping in the white enamels on the arm at 9 o'clock, on its original full-length original neck ribbon, better than very fine.

Footnote: The Order of the Yugoslav Crown was instituted by King Alexander I of Yugoslavia on April 5, 1930, to commemorate his changing of the name of the Kingdom of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, in five classes: Grand Cross, Grand Officer, Commander, Officer and Knight.
