Canadian Signals Unit, UNIFIL Lebanon 1978 Award Medal: the medal itself with a circular base in white metal, with the United Nations insignia in bronze gilt and blue enamels affixed at the top, engraved "Pte KENDRICK SD / CANSIGS Unit / UNIFIL Lebanon / 1978" within an open-ended wreath composed of laurel leaves, measuring 59.8 mm in diameter, the medal encased in a wooden presentation box, both the recessed medal area on the base and facing upper on the lid lined in dark blue felt, the box with a flip-up lid and measuring 85 mm (w) x 120 mm (h) x 21 mm (d). 2. Canadian Forces Station Moosonee Plaque: with two copper plates affixed, the upper one is an oval disk that is voided in the middle, illustrating the CFS Moosonee insignia, with a light blue patch placed on the underside behind the voided area, the second plate below in a scroll-design and inscribed "CFS MOOSONEE / PRESENTED TO PTE K.S.D. KENDRICK", both plates mounted to a shield-shaped wooden base,
the reverse of the wooden base bearing multiple signatures in black ink wishing the recipient "good luck", measuring 185 mm (w) x 248 mm (h), die-cut hole on the reverse for wall hanging.
3. Canadian Forces Base, Shilo Junior Ranks Club Plaque: CFB Shilo insignia in gilt metal with red, white, green and black enamels, affixed to a brass and black plate engraved "JR. RANKS CLUB / CFB SHILO / PRESENTED TO CPL KSD KENDRICK / SEP 84-JUN 88", the plate mounted to a wooden base, measuring 112 mm (w) x 178 mm (h) x 25.5 mm (d), gripper plate on the reverse for wall hanging.
4. United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon Medal Award Document: printed in four colour inks, on a white parchment stock, inscribed "United Nations / Nations Unies / This is to certify that The Secretary-General of the United Nations has awarded The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon Medal to Private Steven D. Kendrick / In recognition of having met the requirements of eligibility and having completed the necessary period of qualifying service as a Military Member of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon. Given under my hand at Naqoura Headquarters, Lebanon. This 15th day of September 1978" and signed by Major General E.A. Erskine, Force Commander, measuring 230 mm (w) x 303 mm (h).
5. 1st Canadian Signal Regiment Certificate of Appreciation: printed in black ink, on an off-white paper stock, with a red seal with blue and white ribbons affixed at the lower left, inscribed "1st Canadian Signal Regiment Certificate of Appreciation is presented to Pte D.G. Kendrick for his participation as a member of the Regimental Drill Team / 1 Aug 77 to 20 Aug 77", signed by Lieutenant-Colonel D. Banks, CD, Commanding Officer, 1st Canadian Signal Regiment, under glass within a 75 mm (w) x 225 mm (h) black-finished wooden frame, wire on the reverse for wall hanging.

Northwest Territories Crossing the Arctic Circle Document: printed in blue and black inks, on a white parchment-like paper stock, inscribed "Canada's Arctic Northwest Territories bear witness that Pte D.S. Kendricks having crossed the Arctic Circle / Exercise Northern James has been accepted for membership in the exclusive Polar Bear Chapter Order of Arctic Adventures / Given under the hand and seal of Chief Adventurer Stuart M. Hodgson, Commissioner of the Northwest Territories" and signed by witness Lieutenant-Colonel D. Banks, Commanding Officer, 1st Canadian Signal Regiment, measuring 203 mm (w) x 255 mm (h).
