In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
Description
A cardstock studio portrait depicting the crew of the NASA Apollo 11 mission (from left to right: Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins, Ewin Aldrin), signed by each individual in black permanent marker that has faded to a dark grey colour, the reverse with a NASA logo at the top, and a brief description of the photograph on the obverse, measuring 254 mm (w) x 203 mm (l). Accompanied by a large folded paper envelope with the NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) letterhead, addressed to Arthur F. Bell, 11 College Road, Wellesley 81, Massachusetts, measuring 317 mm (w) x 243 mm (l). The photograph has a small scrape by Neil Armstrong’s head with some loss of colour, but with crisp edges and tips, in overall near mint condition.
Footnote: The primary objective of Apollo 11 was to complete a national goal set by President John F. Kennedy on May 25, 1961, to perform a crewed lunar landing and return to Earth. Additional objectives included scientific exploration by the lunar module including deployment of a television camera to transmit signals to Earth. The Apollo Lunar Module Eagle landed on the moon carrying the three astronauts on July 20th, 1969 at 20:17 UTC. Neil Armstrong became the first person to step onto the moon’s surface 6 hours and 39 minutes later.
