A black-and-white official photograph depicting Former U.S President Woodrow Wilson, in a suit, wearing a pair of spectacles, sitting in a chair in his study. The photograph is signed “With deep interest in the Pan-Pacific Union, Woodrow Wilson” in black fountain pen near the bottom of the photograph. It is contained in a medium brown wooden frame, behind a pane of glass, with a blueish-grey paper backer. It can be wall-mounted via a plastic-coated metal wire drawn horizontally across the rear of the frame, with two rubber stoppers on either side near the bottom. The frame is labeled “Professionally Finished by Michaels - The Arts and Crafts Store” near the bottom of the frame. It measures 245 mm (w) x 308 mm (l). The photograph is smudged on the left of Woodrow Wilson’s head, with multiple light creases over his stationary, along with a vertical rip in the page along the bottom, in overall very fine condition.
