United Kingdom: Statutes of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath 1948, published by Harrison & Sons Ltd., dated August 1953, containing 24 pages of text printed in black ink on a thick off-white paper stock, followed by 5 pages of photos printed in black ink on a coated white paper stock and illustrating the Knight Grand Cross Star, Badge & Collar, the Knight Commander Star and Badge, and the Companion Badge for both the Civil and Military Divisions of the Order, plus cover in maroon ink with the text and the seal of the order in gold-coloured ink and embossed, perfect bound, measuring 247 mm (w) x 310 mm (h);
Hanover: Statuten des Guelphen-Ordens. (Statutes of the Guelphic Order.), authored by the King of Hanover, published by Klindworth's Printing House of Hanover, dated May 20, 1841, Lenard L. Babin of Rochester, N.Y. dealer's sticker affixed to the reverse of the back page, containing 10 pages of text and 5 1-sided pages illustrating badges, breast stars and collars from the various levels of the Order engraved from copper plates, printed in black ink on and off-white paper stock, the front cover printed in black ink on a blue paper stock, the back cover missing, perfect bound, measuring 203 mm (w) x 328 mm (h), exhibiting tearing and soiling;

Dr. Goodwin had a successful career as an educator and prominent physician in New York as well as actively serving in both World Wars with the United States Medical Corps. He acted as both President and Vice-President of the Orders and Medals Society of America (OMSA) and is responsible for organizing their first convention in 1960. He maintained further membership with the American Society of Military Collectors, the International Orders Research Society, and the American Numismatic Society.
