(Mützenabzeichen). A mixed lot of cap insignia, including:
1. A Heer EM/NCO’s visor cap eagle, constructed of aluminum, the reverse retaining one of two attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 66 mm (w) x 26 mm (h), in very fine condition.
2. A Bahnschutz visor cap eagle, constructed of aluminum, the reverse retaining both attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 65 mm (w) x 28 mm (h), in better than very fine condition.
3. An NSDAP Political Leader’s visor cap eagle, constructed of gilded aluminum, the reverse retaining all three attachment prongs, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M1/44” for C. Dinsel, Berlin, measuring 68 mm (w) x 35 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
4. A matching set of Heer Panzer Troops collar tab devices, each constructed of a silvered zink alloy, the obverse of each consisting of a jawless Danziger-style Totenkopf, the reverse of each retaining all three integral attachment prongs, both unmarked and measuring 25 mm (w) x 22 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
5. A Heer Infanterie-Regiment 17/Kavallerie-Regiment 13 traditions badge, constructed of aluminum, the obverse consisting of a Braunschweiger-style Totenkopf, the reverse retaining both attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 33 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
6. A Heer Jäger cap insignia, constructed of silvered bronze, the reverse retaining all three attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 36 mm (w) x 55 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
