An Air Raid Protection League Unofficial Enlisted Man's Belt Buckle; Published Example

(RLB = Reichsluftschutzbund): In stamped pebbled steel with brass and blue painted face plate affixed 4 rivets/solder points, unmarked reverse, measuring 48 mm x 62.8 mm, worn, near very fine. This particular buckle is illustrated on page 360 of "Belt Buckles & Brocades of the Third Reich, Revised Edition" by John R. Angolia and came from his personal collection.
