A Bravery Medal, Type VII, II Class Silver Medal with Bar, the obverse featuring a right facing bust of Franz Joseph II, the reverse presents the inscription DER TAPFERKEIT (For Bravery), measures 31mm (w) x 35.8mm (h – inclusive of suspension ring), worn on a period triangular ribbon with a silver bar denoting an additional award, dark patina, notable edge knocks, remains in very fine condition.
A Military Merit Medal, Franz Joseph, in Silver with Swords, in silver gilt, the obverse featuring the bust of Franz Joseph, the reverse bears the inscription SIGNVM LAVDIS, the medal is surmounted by a crown, worn on a triangular ribbon with crossed swords device, measures 30.7mm (w) x 50.5mm (h), wear to edges, scattered patina, worn on original triangular ribbon with bronze gilt crossed swords, hook on ribbon detached, remains in very fine condition.
