In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
Description
A Mark II, 1907 Patent, Ross Rifle Bayonet, measuring 410 mm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 257 mm long magnetic steel blade, demonstrating a modified, hand-ground tip with a very sharp blade. The ricasso is unmarked on the obverse and reverse, with an intact short quillion and full muzzle ring. The grip consists of two wedges of walnut-brown wood that are held together by a series of two horizontally-mounted screws. The grip itself is marked multiple times on both sides, including “US”, indicating that this knife was issued to US personnel. The pommel consists of a broken internal button-release system to attach and remove the bayonet from the tip of the Ross Rifle. The pommel is marked with the Canadian C-Broadarrow mark, with multiple numbers, as well as “Ross Rifle Co - Quebec - Patented 1907”. It includes a matching scabbard, constructed of brown leather with a reinforced metal throat and tip, and featuring a long integrated loop in the leather for threading through a belt. It is marked on both sides with indecipherable markings including “US”, indicating that this knife was issued to US personnel. Demonstrating signs of age and wear, in overall better than very fine condition.
