In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
Description
(Auktionskatalog). Constructed of a paper stock binding with paginated interior pages, the cover bearing the coat of arms of Reichsmarschall Hermann Göring above an inscription of “WEINMÜLLER AUCTION 157” for the noted and infamous auction house of Adolf Weinmüller, the interior content consisting of paginated pages featuring brief lot descriptions and some black-and-white photographs of auction lots from the company’s sale of decorative items retrieved from Göring’s residences, which were sold at the company’s auction on 25 October 1974, with proceeds directed to the Free State of Bavaria, demonstrating minor bending, a fascinating and important catalogue of artifacts sourced directly from Göring’s estate in near extremely fine condition.
Footnote: Adolf Weinmüller was an art dealer, auctioneer, and NSDAP member who specialized in redistributing artistic objects looted from Jews to new ownership. Despite his wartime record, Weinmüller escaped Allied prosecution and was instead classified only as a "follower" of the NSDAP. Incredibly, he was further able to recover many seized pieces from the Munich Central Collecting Point, subsequently holding 35 auctions of these and other pieces. His auction guides continue to provide a valuable resource for tracing artworks stolen during the Third Reich period, and have also been digitized.
