(Gürtelschnallen für Offiziere). A mixed lot of belt buckles for Officers, including:

1. A Prussian Army Officer’s buckle, constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, surrounding a central monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, the reverse with a clip and loop, unmarked, measuring 46 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.

2. A Navy Officer’s buckle, constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, surrounding a central fouled anchor overlaid by a monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, the reverse with a clip and integral loop, unmarked, measuring 65 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.

3. A Bavarian Army Officer’s buckle, constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, surrounding a central crown, the reverse with a clip and loop, unmarked, measuring 46 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.

4. A state Officer’s buckle, constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, surrounding a central coat of arms, the reverse with a clip and attachment claws on a loop, unmarked, measuring 50 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
