1. A Steinhauer & Lück 50th anniversary sales catalogue, constructed of light card stock binding with 20 paginated interior pages, the interior content consisting of black-and-white images of awards and decorations produced by the firm spanning the later Imperial, Freikorps/Weimar, and pre-war Third Reich eras (notably including Austrian decorations), complete with price guides (broken down by variable designs of the decoration where applicable), printed in 1939, measuring 21 cm (w) x 29.5 cm (h), demonstrating only minimal signs of age, a fascinating primary resource demonstrating the product line of one of Germany’s most prolific manufacturers of awards in extremely fine condition.
2. A Carl Eickhorn point-of-purchase advertising card, constructed of reinforced card stock, the obverse bearing a fully-colour image of lion head Heer Officer’s dress sword, situated above a model number and flanked by the Eickhorn firm’s classic logo of a squirrel clutching a sword, the reverse bearing brief inscriptions of the company’s products, including sword accessors, featuring a functional retractable card stock stand for tabletop display, in turn topped by a loop for wall suspension, measuring 16.5 cm (w) x 24 cm (h), demonstrating only minimal signs of age, in extremely fine condition.
