The signature of the author of the book, Kelly Hicks, appears in black ink on page 4, as does the tagline: "The first 500 copies of the First Edition are serial numbered. The book contains 240 pages of detailed text, along with numerous black and white and colour photographs, both period and modern, printed in four-colour inks, on a coated white paper stock, measuring 158 mm (w) x 235 mm (h) x 24 mm (d). It exhibits a nip and repair at the front edge of the spine where it meets the front cover, wear along the bottom edge on the back cover, and a fold mark at the lower right corner on page 1-2, however, the remaining pages within continue to be pristine. Better than very fine.
