In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
Description
A well-preserved Royal Yugoslav Army NCO’s kepi, constructed of a field-grey cotton/wool blended cloth. It features reinforced sidewalls which slope downward at the front, amd with an extra layer of identical material surrounding the sides. The crown is trimmed along the outer edge with a length of deep red piping. Pinned onto the peak is an insignia consisting of a silvered bronze oval, featuring an enameled blue, white, and red Yugoslav cockade, measuring 26 cmm (w) x 36 mm (h). The lower edge is flanked by two black painted magnetic metal studs which accommodate an original black leatherette chinstrap, adjusted with dual functional magnetic metal buckles. A protruding vulcanfibre visor completes the exterior features, and is finished in a glossed black with a distressed texture. The interior is surrounded by a brown leather sweatband, and is fully encompassed by a multi-piece orange satin liner. Stitched onto the crown is a fully-intact manufacturer’s label for the firm of Tiller, Sarajevo. Measuring approximately 18.5 cm (w) x 25 cm (l) x 15 cm (h), the kepi demonstrates minor issues consistent with age and wear, including some sporadic mothing and material fatigue to the outer material, as well as some additional fatigue to the sweatband.
